The Retreat is based on an Open Space format, through which participants post Big Questions to the group and people organize into small groups to explore the leadership, association, and strategic issues that matter most to them. For the event to be the most meaningful and productive for you, we suggest you contemplate ahead of time what you'd like to explore with your colleagues in this safe and intimate environment.
